Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Effective date: 4 July 2026

Every chart is prepared personally in advance of your session, so time is committed to your booking before we ever meet. This policy keeps that fair for everyone.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no cost with at least 24 hours notice before your slot. Write on WhatsApp or email with your booking details.

Cancellation by you

With 24 hours notice or more: full refund (minus any payment gateway charges) or full credit toward a future session, your choice. With less than 24 hours notice, or in case of a no-show: the session fee is not refundable, since your chart has already been prepared and the slot reserved.

Cancellation by us

If Dr. Mausam Singh must cancel your session, you receive a full refund or a priority reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Written reports

Personalised written reports are non-refundable once delivered.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Concerns after a session

If something about your session did not feel right, write to us within 48 hours at info@vedicastrowealth.com or WhatsApp +91 75685 20463. Every message is read personally.
